The Jill Brooks Beauty Bar asks for a minimum of 72-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Although we understand that emergencies, sickness and/or acts of God can occur that keep you from keeping your appointment, most of our clientele honor our time & our policy. As we have grown, we've seen an increase in the number of people failing to honor this policy, and as a result, we have made the following policy changes effective immediately. Please note that scheduling an appointment means that you have read, understand, and accepted this cancellation policy.
 

Cancellations providing less than 72 hours notice will be charged a $50 fee.

Same-day chemical cancellations will be charged $100, and at artist's discretion, may be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to schedule any future appointments. If cancellation occurs less than 3 hours prior to scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full amount of service.
 

After 3 late cancellations/reschedules, you'll be required to pay in full at the time of scheduling.

NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of the service & will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to schedule any future appointments.
 

For any chemical or color service needing 2+ hours, clients will be required to pay a $25 deposit or provide a credit/debit card on file to book the appointment. Your card will ONLY be charged for cancellation fees, and you will be notified prior to the transaction. ALL DEPOSITS PAID WILL BE APPLIED TO THE PRICE OF SERVICE.  
 

The appointment we have scheduled is reserved especially for you. Your time, as well as ours, is extremely valuable.
Please remember that when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that spot. Because of this, our clients on the waiting list may miss the opportunity to receive services they've been waiting to schedule. It can also greatly effect our income to have empty appointments with not enough time to fill them.

PLEASE NOTE: The Jill Brooks Beauty Bar does not offer refunds for services. We do offer a complimentary fix within 7 days of the original service. For blonding and lightening, as well as other advanced color services, we cannot guarantee results. Due to previous color history and other variables out of our control, color results can vary between clients. It may take multiple sessions to reach your desired end goal. This is not something for which we can offer a complimentary fix. It will take time. It’s simply the science of hair. We will discuss a game plan prior to beginning your service and make sure you are comfortable with probable number of sessions, including monetary investment for each session and the time investment likely required, to reach your dream hair goals!
