The smell of cinnamon. When I start burning that candle or simmering my loose "recipe" concoction of sweet holiday-esque spices passed down from generation to generation, I know it's finally Christmas time! If you know me, you know I love candles - especially the Christmasy marshmallow fireside, vanilla sugar cookie, pine, and spiced apple cider - and I LOVE pulling out those candles as soon as fall starts showing it's colors.  What's your favorite kick-off to Christmas?
